To be eligible to receive a User Name and Password you must be a recognised VVA business partner and meet one of the following criteria:
* Current trading account established with VVA
* Minimum 12-month trading history with VVA as a 'cash sale' account
VVA reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate a dealer's access to the Extranet if a dealer is on credit hold in excess of 90-days or is found to be using information contained within the extranet inappropriately.
